How do I start my free trial?
When you first open Her Compass, you'll be guided through onboarding and presented with the option to start your 7-day free trial. Tap "Start 7-Day Free Trial" and follow the prompts. No charge until the trial ends — cancel anytime before then.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Her Compass → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.
Is my health data private?
Yes, absolutely. All your symptom logs, mood data, and health information are stored locally on your device. We never upload or sell your personal health data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the AI Companion work?
The AI Companion is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. When you ask a question, it's sent securely to Claude which generates a warm, evidence-based response. Conversations are not permanently stored. The AI provides wellness information only — always consult your doctor for medical advice.
How do I generate a Doctor Visit Report?
The Doctor Report Generator is available to Her Compass+ subscribers. Go to the My Health tab → scroll to Doctor Report → tap "Generate PDF for your next appointment." Log symptoms regularly for the most comprehensive report.
Can I restore my purchases on a new device?
Yes! Download Her Compass on your new device and sign in with the same Apple ID. Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
Is Her Compass a medical app?
Her Compass is a wellness and health tracking tool, not a medical device. The information provided is for general wellness purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
What iOS version do I need?
Her Compass requires iOS 16 or later. For the best experience we recommend keeping your iPhone updated to the latest iOS version.
